Erfolg für Íride Martínez als Amina in “La Sonnambula”
in der Pariser Bastille-Oper

Íride
Martínez’ Darbietung der Amina in der Bastille-Oper
Paris wurde nicht nur von den Zuschauern euphorisch aufgenommen
und begeistert gefeiert.
Auch die Kritiker
äußerten sich positiv und höchst beeindruckt von
Martínez’ zauberhaften Gesang und ihrem schauspielerischen
Talent:

...Schon
in der 1. Largo Arie „Compagne teneri amici ...“ konnte Iride
Martinez ihre Ausdrucksfähigkeit unter Beweis stellen. Ihr glockenreiner
lyrischer Sopran, den sie perfekt führt, ist für die elegische
Rolle ideal. Was Martinez nicht hinderte, danach sofort die fulminanten
Koloraturen perfekt zu meistern. In den beiden Schlafwandler-Szenen sang
sie die Bellinischen Kantilenen und Koloraturen grossartig. Das Rondo
am Schluss sang sie in feuerrotem Ballkleid vor dem Vorhang.
Eine
sehr gute Aufführung, in der Martinez, Camarena, Pertusi und
Pido stürmisch gefeiert wurden.

Debut im berühmten Royal Opera House Covent Garden geben.
Ab dem 12.
September 2010 wird sie dort als Norina in Donizettis “Don
Pasquale” zu erleben sein.

Martínez als Konstanze statt.

überaus erfolgreichen Vorstellungen von “La fille du
régiment” mit Íride Martínez als Marie
in Bilbao im Mai 2009, wird sie erneut in dieser Rolle im Februar
2011 zu erleben sein.

at the Paris-Bastille-Opera

Íride
Martínez’ performance as Amina at the Bastille-Opera
in Paris was not only celebrated enthusiastically by the audience.
Also the reviewer
commented positive about her performance and were impressed by
Martínez’ magical singing and her talent as an actress:

...Already
during the first aria „Compagne teneri amici ...“ Iride
Martinez was able to prove her expressiveness. Her absolute clean
lyrical descant, which she leads perfecty, is ideal for this elegiac part.
This did not bar Martinez from mastering the fulminant coloraturas immediately
after this part also perfectly.
In
both of the somnambulant scenes her coloraturas were awesome and brilliant.
She
sang the Rondo in the final in front of the curtain, wearing a red ball
gown.
A
very good performance, in which Martinez, Camarena, Pertusi
and
Pido were celebrated rapturous.
