Stürmischer Beifall empfing die Sopranistin Íride Martínez nach ihrem Auftritt als Amina in Bellini’s
“La Sonnambula” in der Pariser Oper.

Íride Martínez sprang spontan für die erkrankte Natalie Dessay ein und erntete für ihren zauberhaften Gesang und ihre große schauspielerische Darbietung entusiastischen Applaus und viel Lob.

Ihre Interpretation der Partie der Amina rief wahre Begeisterungsstürme beim Pariser Opernpublikum hervor.

Eine weitere Vorstellung von “La Sonnambula” findet am 23.2.2010 um 19:30 h in der Bastille-Oper Paris statt.

Außerdem hat Íride Martínez Anfang Februar 2010 ein grandioses Konzert mit dem Wiener Krenek Ensemble in Berlin gegeben.
